About Electrum Caritez

Electrum Caritez means a charged particle adding grace to life.Electrum Caritez is a maiden attempt by Electrical Engineering Association of SJCET,to charge up the whole Electrical fraternity and to provide platform for students to showcase their talents. The technical Symposium is expected to be a stage where some of the best technical papers will be presented and thus provide a great learning experience to participants as well as the audience.

Electrical & Electronics Department

 Electrical Engineering Department of College was started in the year 2004-05.Prof.P.V.Varkey(Retd. Chief Electrical Inspector,Kerala State) is the Head of Department.The Department presently consists of 10 faculty members among which 6 are M.Tech holders in various disciplines of Electrical Engineering.The laboratories of the Department are among the best in Kerala with 3 lab instructors always ready to help out the students in practical classes.
